The High Tech Window Program “HTWP” is a liaison service to promote novel technologies to foreign markets primarily for small to medium sized companies who need overseas representation. HTWP assists clients to find sales channels, market research and practical applications for novel technologies in overseas markets which may be otherwise difficult to access. Typical HTWP clients include high-technology start-up and mid-sized companies, national and public research institutions, and universities. We have liaison offices in Japan, the United States, and Europe who collaborate to find opportunities in their home regions for overseas clients. The experienced staff are formerly of Mitsubishi Corporation and the Battelle Memorial Research Institute. The HTWP is most effective for companies and organizations who need representation in overseas markets but do not currently employ expatriate staff.
